ABA for what you need
What is ABA?
-ABA is short for Applied Behavior Analysis which is a type of therapy that is evidence-based. ABA focus on teaching new and meaningful skill that is socially significant and important to the family, while decreasing challenging behavior that interferes with a child’s learning.
Can my child benefit from ABA?
-The U.S. Surgeon General and the American Psychological Association consider ABA to be an evidence-based best practice. ABA helps your child to learn new skills that help him/her function better in their environment; helps your child learn how to communicate effectively without engaging in challenging behavior that could cause danger or interfere with learning.
