Behavior Technician

Lemon Tree Pediatric Center is a small business in Southern California. Skills and Abilities:

  • Bilingual is preferred (Mandarin, Spanish)

  • Training provided

  • Outgoing personality, self-starter, and organizational skills a plus

  • RBT certificate is a plus

  • Current TB Test


​​Responsibility as a behavior technician, you will

  • provide essential services by working with toddlers, children, and/or teens diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will be implementing behavioral plan developed bya BCBA.

  • Work with children in their homes, helping them learn how to communicate, play and learn!

  • Learn directly from Board Certified Behavior Analysts how to provide therapy to children and families in need of support

4 hour shift / 8 hour shift

After school

Day shift / Evening shift

Monday to Friday

Weekend availability

Our requirements 

  • Minimum High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Child Development or any related field a plus.

  • Mask is required, therapist need to be fully vaccinated for the protection of both sides.

  • Must pass a background check.

  • Reliable Transportation,Valid driver's license, and auto insurance mandatory; Mileage paid.

  • Must be willing to drive approximately no more than 30 miles to a client's home.
